Air from heater does not get hot. What could be my problem?

It could be a couple things. I need you to check something. With the engine running, hot, and the heater on high, feel both heater core hoses. Both should be hot. Let me know what you find.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
