the truck fells like the frunt axels are ingage when it should not be. turnning right or left it pulls like it is stuck in 4wd, and makes a wineing noise

Hi:
What you need to check is if the actuator on the transfer case is working. Have a helper change from 2wd to 4wd while you check for power to the actuator. If you are getting it, remove the actuator to see if it is working properly.
