1999 Ford Expedition V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i turn on the a/c and it blows fine until i accelerate . i noticed while doing this that i can hear like door shutting inside the dash. can you tell what may be the problem and about how much does it cost to get it repaired?

The vent doors are run by vacuum. Chances are there is a loose, damaged or disconnected vacuum hose. When you accellerate, the vacuum from the engine drops; thus, the direction of the air changes.

While you are looking, start the engine. You may actually hear a hissing sound.
