1998 Ford Expedition vacume leak ?

hey i got my ride out the shop with a newer block and heads put on it .... now my brakes dont work so well and they are saying its a vacume leak causing back pressure on the engine ? im not taking it back to them cause they do real shotty work so what can i do to fix and or diagnose the problem ?

Have you looked at the vacuum line that goes from the brake booster to the engine?
