1998 Ford Expedition 4.6l V8. Truck will not start when at operating temp. Replaced battery and starter solenoid. Battery needed to be replaced and the starter solenoid was the cheapest next item on the list. What could be causing the error. SES light is not on.

Check all the battery connections, including the ground to the engine. If those are all ok, my nest request will sound strange. If the cables are all ok, I would like you to remove the serpentine belt when it will not start. try it again and see if it starts then. If it still doen't start, post back and we'll go from there.
