My 98 Ford Expidition wiper on the passenger side just stop working

If the driver's side is still working, then there is a problem with the linkage or where the wiper arm attaches is stripped. Remove the arm and check it for wear and damage. If it is okay, then you need to remove the cowl to check the linkage for damage.
