1997 Ford Expedition windshield wipers

The wipers High/low relay its located on left side of engine compartment in power distribution box.

Hello Again.. If the relay its good I would check the GEM (generic Electronic Module) because all of the wipers functions are controlled by that. The GEM is located behind center of instrument panel. Number 27:
