1997 Ford Expedition Runs cold

We just replaced the thermostat in this vehicle, yet it still will not heat up. The thermostat that was put in was a 195 degree. What else could be cuasing this. There is no carbon monoxide in the cooling system.

Are you sure the temp sending unit isn't bad and the engine is actually getting hot? Does the heater work?
