1997 Ford Expedition No brake pressure w/truck running

All brake lines have just been replaced couldn't get pressure just replaced M/C as before no brake pressure when truck is running. will build pressure with truck off but loses it

check vacuum lines for damage or loose connections. also test the brake power booster.

yes all lines are fine and booster workin good
