Hello.... I sure hope someone can answer this question for me. First, I have a 1997 Ford Expedition. I was having some electrical problems and after some research I replaced the module that bolts on behind the fuse panel, drivers side left (inside)
When i finished I started the truck no problem but only let the truck run for maybe 45 seconds. I turned the truck off and buttoned up the dash. I tried to restart the truck and Nothing??? I was told I should have let the truck run for a while so the "computer" can reprogram itself. I'm not sure if this is the case or not. Can anyone help me out?
I have even gone back and put the old module in and still nothing when I turn the key. Is there a certain proceedure one must go through when installing the module?
Thanks a million in advance!

try disconnecting the battery for an hour or two the rehooking and trying to run it.

you sure you didnt miss something, maybe forgot to plug in a wire, or unplugged a connector when reataching the dash/

disconnecting the batteyr will reset the computer and it will relearn when started.
