I have had no problems with this vehicle it went into fail safe mode without warning and displays 12 codes just after going into fail safe mode. How do you reset this mode and trouble shoot which codes might be valid

Wow! I listed them just in case you didn't know what they all ment. According the the list, many things are bad. However, I must say that with many of them, they don't all happen at the same time. As far as the limp mode, I believe the problem lies in one of two places. Either the torque converter is causing the problem or more likely, you have a bad shift solenoid (last code). That is where I would recommend starting, shift solenoid A. Check it for wiring problems or if it is bad. It is located on the valve body in the transmission. As far as the reset, it won't reset until the problem is repaired. If the shft solenoid isn't working, it can't shift into first gear.

Check it out and let me know if this helped.

Ok thankyou for your help and you are right on it does not go into first gear it stays in second. Napa is the only place I can find the shift selanoid other than the dealer and it is 400.00 there as apposed to napa, 50.00 the problem now is the dealer using my vin say I have a 4r100 transmission and they wqant me to remove the selanoid and bring it to them of course I have to crack the pan. So I am going to try that tomarrow and service the transmission. Thanks again for your help.
