1997 Ford Expedition Heat

My trucks heat is lukewarm, the temperture is good could this be a heater core problem, or a thermostat cooling level is also good.

If the temp is good and it is full on coolant, it isn't the thermostat. Either the heater core is plugged or the blend door isn't working properly.

I need you to check something. With the engine running, the engine hot, and the heater on high, feel both heater core hoses. Both should be hot. Let me know what you find so we can move on to the next step.
