1997 Ford Expedition electronic transfer case wont come out

Transmission problem
1997 Ford Expedition V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

Put truck in 4 wheel low and when finished tried to put back in 2 wheel drive but stayed in 4wheel low checked all fuses and they are OK. when the switch is turned it used to make clicking noise under dash, now it dos'nt.

Have the actuator checked. It sounds like if froze up for you.
