MY VAN HAS TWO DOORS THAT WILL NOT OPEN FROM THE OUTSIDE...INSIDE LATCHES WORK GREAT.

Hi:
You need to remove the door panel from the inside to inspect the linkage. Something is either broken or disconnected.
