EVERY TIME i TURN THE CORNER IT MAKES A CLICKING AND BUMPING SOUND AND SOMETIMES GRINDING NOISE HOW CAN I FIX THIS.

If you are hearing a clicking sound when making turns, chances are you have a bad CV joint. Have you checked them?
