Brakes problem
1997 Ford Expedition Four Wheel Drive Automatic

i have recently replaced all my brake rotors, calipers, and brakepads, I am having a hard time bleeding the lines, all the bleeders open fine and fluid comes out when opened at the right time. Still cannot get a good pedal, goes to the floor. I have run about a half gallon of brake fluid through the system.

When you depressed the caliper pistons, did you bleed the fluid from the caliper or force it back to the master cylender? Also, do you have rear drum or disc brakes? If drum, are they properly adjusted?

All the calipers are new. All rotors are new. The rears have drum parking brake and disks with the regular brakeing. The pistons on the calipers were never pushed back into the housing. Just removed and replaced

How were you able to replace the pads without depressing the pistons?
