Brakes problem
2004 Ford Excursion V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic
My brake lights are not working. I have replaced the bulbs and I have replaced two fuses that were marked brakes. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Do the high-mount brake lites work? If the answer is no, check the brake switch, also need to check voltage to and from the brake switch. The fuse in the diagram, you need to use a voltage tester on the fuse circuit, should be hot.

I had the same problem and it ended up being the wires came loose inside of the steering column. Very easy fix. Hope this helps.
