2004 Ford Excursion 52000 miles

All three lights are out, the reverse lights work. When I turn on parking lights, the front come on, but the back are off. Checked the fuses and bulbs. What else could be wrong?

Even though this question was posted years ago hope to help serve anyone else who has come across this same problem. Check that the wires are not loose inside of the steering column. This was my problem on my Excursion guess due to time with the constant moving of the steering column up and down it became lose. This was an easy fix after many mechanics wanting to charge me a hefty fee to find the problem due to it being an "electrical issue".
