Electrical problem
2002 Ford Excursion V12 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

the driver's side front window will go down but not up. there is no clicking noise when I try like the other windows.(indicting power to the window). I live in seattle, a down window is not good here. How do I access the motor to check it? If that's the problem.

If you hear the clicking from a relay, chances are you have a loose connection. You need to remove the door panel to check power to the window. There will be two wires going to the motor. Its ground is through the steel door. One wire provides power to lower the window and the other for power up. Basically, it chances the polarity to the motor.

Check for power and let me know.
