My 7.3 Banks turbo Diesel is dying on cold starts. Sarts up fine, but if I don't let it warm up into the temp gauge (10-15 min) it will bog out ad die when shifting into second. Then it' difficult to restart. Changed fuel and air filters? Ve noticed less power now too, even once it's warmed up.

Yes, when it's warm, it won't die, but I have noticed a little loss of power, too. Cold though, it dies right away if I try to drive it. I was told it may be a fuel pump mounted under the rig?

Thanks!

Does your check engine light come on, when you try to give it fuel or when it dies just it just die or does it start running rough then die.
