2000 Ford Excursion No 4 Wheel Drive

2000 FORD EXCURSION
195,000 MILES • V8 • 4WD • AUTOMATIC

Front wheels do not engage, there is no vacuum to the hubs or differental, vacuum pump working (have control Fuse postion 6 (15amp) is good. I don't have an electricial diagram to know where the circuit goes after the fuse (a relay or soloenoid).
Can you help!

Have you checked to see if there is power to the actuator on the transfer case?
