HI
My name is Kenford. In the morning my truck would just keep swinging over for about 15 minutes before it can start. And at any given interval when stop and start,it would do it again. what could be wrong?

Do you have anyway to check the fuel pressure in the morning when it is happening? If not I would have this done so you can see what it is doing. Also how old is the fuel filter? Get back to me.
