Air Conditioning problem
2000 Ford Excursion Four Wheel Drive Automatic 247000 miles

Hi: Front blower was working on high only. I replaced the resistor and pigtail connector and it worked for two weeks, although the lower fan speed settings seemed weaker than I remember. Now it is completely dead. Rear AC works fine, condenser gets cold.

Recheck the resister. Something tells me the motor is drawing too many amps and burning it out.

Let me know what you find.
