The trip computer turn signals and seat heater keep shorting out 15a fuse. Have checked heaters, wipers and
lights and can't find the cause. Runs for about 4 hours with new fuse, then shorts out.

Try disconnecting the plug for the heated seat. Chances are something has shorted there. You can do it at the switch or I believe you have access to the wiring under the seats.

Let me know if that changes things, and thanks for using 2carpros.com.

We have unplugged seat heater, put a new switch in directional signal and high beam arm, taken down steering column and removed seats to check wiring there, but still blowing out fuses. What else do you suggest? Thanks again

I'm glad to help. This is going to be a tough one. Is the trip odometer that you mentioned on the overhead consule or the one with the speedometer?

I would suggest starting there to check for a short. You'll need to remove the overhead panel.

Let me know what you find. Electrical shorts can be a pain, so try to be patient.
