1995 Ford Excursion 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

at topdead at crank top dead at cam if i put the belt on will it fall back one notch

It shouldn't. Once you have it on, double check it. If it does, remove it and try moving one or the other a slight amount to compensate for the belt.
