there is a light comming on in my dash that looks like a little man behind a steering wheel . What is that?

no not the seat belt. thanks anyway. My wife was explaining to me what it looks like over the phone when I posted this question. when i got a chance to take a look at it myself I seen it was for the Air bag. does anyone know what could be wrong with it?
