My dashboard lights do not work when lights are on, I have a ford escort 1999 diesel van, where and how do I replace new lamp

Unscrew the phillips screws that point up in top of the dash face, pull out slightly, change the burned out bulbs, usually 194 bulbs and reverse removal proceedure.
