four cylinder front wheel drive automatic 172,000 miles.

I have the LX model (1.9 liter). I am looking for someone who could tell me where my fuel pump relay is located. It is not behind the dash, nor at either of the fuse boxes. my car is too old to have the relay fuse box. so all of the relays are kind of scattered. Or possibly something else is wrong? we replaced the fuel pump, the inertia is good we think and there is still no pressure into the fuel filter. any help would be appreciated greatly.
