When I attempt to turn on my defroster to remove the frost from the windows the fan switch is no longer working. There is heat coming out, but no blower on any of the four settings.

I checked the fuse and it looks ok.

Is this is an electrical or fan issue?

What is the solution, the parts to fix it, and if I can't get to it will a dealer repair the problem if I provide the part?
