2001 Ford Escort. Yesterday morning, temps were below zero. Wife went to start car which was low on fuel. Car started grudingly, ran about 1 minute, started coughing then died. Low fuel light came on, she attempted to start it again, started grudingly, ran 15 seconds the died, Rest lever was not tripped, i added 2 gallons of fuel, but wouldn't start. Do I need to fill tank completely or is there damage to fuel pump.
