When I turn the steering wheel to the left or right there is a clicking noise. You can feel this when you are driving. Sound like come from the middle under the car. Have replace the ball joints and had the front end aligned

Check steering column upper mounting bracket
check column intermediate shaft coupling
check front end and CV axles
