when stopping and depressing the brake fully the car idles really rough. It gets worse when I turn on the headlights are on. If I put it in neutral it does better. The air conditioner clutch engaging also makes it idle the worst. What could be causing this?

I've replaced the throttle position sensor and I've had the alternator and battery checked. I've also replaced the air filter. The plug wires and plugs have all been changed. After replacing all the above it still continues to idle rough. Any suggestions?

Let's do this clean out the idle air control valve and the EGR and PCV valves, test the MAF sensor, and look for vacuum leaks start at the vacuum hose to the power brake booster and booster itself if its leaking
