Where can I find the relay or fuse for the blower motor on my car

On my 98 this is located under the hood, drivers side wheel well (a Black Box) with side clips allowing you to remove the top cover.
Main fuses and relays are here (Power Distribution).
The layout is on the inside of the top cover.
There is another fuse box under the drivers side dash.
Start with the Power Distribution box.
