Today I was driving my fiance's car and the Check Engine Light came on. I had it read immediately and the code came up P0715 Transmission Input Speed Sensor: Circuit Malfunction. How much do you think it will cost to repair this issue? Actually, how much labor is involved? I'm sure the sensor is not that expensive. And finally, how safe is it to continue to drive this car? She has complained of the car lurching forward at times.
