The car will at times when cold seem like it will not start at other times. Sometimes with in the first 20 mins while driving the car it will act like it is not getting enough power and is about to die out. The Fuel Filter has not been changed lately. It does not seem to matter if is warm or cold out. The car started acting up on Monday.
