1999 Ford Escort 89,000 miles

I have a bad thumping noise coming from my drivers side front tire. It is not flat. I notice the sound the most when I let up off the gas. any ideas> The tires are brand new less then 400 miles on them.

Have to check
jack front end and check tie rods
check bearing
if all check OK
remove brake caliper pins and grease
and than try it
