1999 Ford Escort 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 85k miles
Sometimes my heater works, sometimes it doesn't.
Could this be a fuse issue? loose wire? loose knob?

Check blower motor and its connector
if its a bad fuse than it will not work at all
