Engine Performance problem
1999 Ford Escort 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 150+ miles

I just replaced my alternator, timing chain and water pump but a few months later I have acceleration problems.
I step on the gas and she crawls up in MPH.....

did you check the timing again
do a vacuum test
if its low or OK
check catalytic converter flow
check fuel presssur e
