CONDENSER

Removal & Installation
1. Discharge A/C system, using approved refrigerant recovery/recycling equipment. Disconnect refrigerant lines from condenser. Plug all ports to prevent entry of dirt and moisture. Remove left and right upper radiator support brackets. Remove 2 push-pins and upper radiator air deflector. Remove 2 condenser mounting bracket bolts and brackets. Remove condenser.

2. To install, reverse removal procedure. Using new "O" rings lubricated with clean refrigerant oil, connect refrigerant lines to condenser. Leak test, evacuate, and charge A/C system.

SUCTION ACCUMULATOR-DRIER

Removal
1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Discharge A/C system, using approved refrigerant recovery/recycling equipment. Remove and reposition power steering pump reservoir (DO NOT disconnect power steering lines). Disconnect A/C manifold and tube assembly spring-lock coupling. Plug all openings. Disconnect spring-lock coupling for suction line from suction accumulator-drier. Plug all openings.

2. Disconnect A/C cycling switch connector. Disconnect speed control servo connector. Remove nut and bolts from speed control servo bracket. Remove nut and accumulator-drier and bracket assembly.

3. To install, reverse removal procedure. Use new "O" rings lubricated with clean refrigerant oil. Leak test, evacuate, and charge A/C system.
