1998 Ford Escort replacing the computer

1998 Ford Escort 4 cyl

well looks like I need to replace the computer since fuel pump will not run but has been checked out ok and relay and switch all ok. Can anyone give me a idea how to locate and replace the computer. I know its under the dash on drivers side but thats about it. I'd appreciate any help!!!

you will have to remove some of the dash panels (mostly held in by bolts and/or clips) to access the PCM.
