I want to replace the radiator on a 1998 Escort Wagon with automatic trans.
The radiator has two small diameter pipes that are connected to the radiator.
Are they conected to the transmission and if yes what it is the procedure to disconect and reconnect them??
Thank You much for your help.

You will need a line wrench to remove these lines a regular wrench will likely round them.
Lose a little fluid and push them out of the way.
