the vehicle wont turnover. I think its the fuel pump but can't locate it. Need to know where its at and see picture

Fuel pump is located inside fuel tank

I believe the pump is under the rear seat. But you should be able to hear it running when you attempt to start the engine, kind if a whrrring sound.
