1998 Ford Escort fuel inj

Why does the fuel inj 30 amp fuse under the hood keep blowing? Could it have bad injector or short in wireing harness?

Check the WHT/GRN wire between the fuse and CCRM
constant control relay module
and the check the CCRM it self
red/wht wire feed the injectors check that wire too

need manual CHECK IT @
