engin runs perfect when car is stood when driving the car the engin reves when you take your foot of the excelorrater and then the engin dies down after 5 or 6 seconds

Hi: There could be a number of things causing this.
Consider having the engine codes read or some auto parts stores may loan or rent you code readers.
Without this, anything else may be a valueless guess. Check this out and re post your findings.
