Hi, I have a question about my 98 ford escort. I have some vibration when my car is idle. Also when I acclerate, I can feel vibration in the steering wheel and the gas pedal(although when I accerlate, the vibration is much less). I think I might need new motor mounts, however I'm going on 5 hour driving trip this weekend. My question is if the vibration(and possibly the motor mounts is a very serious problem(i.e. has to be fixed right away) or if I could put it off for about a week(the place where i'm going, I can get it fixed from a local repair shop.) Thank you for your time.
