TAKES ABOUT 45-60 SECONDS FOR IDLE GET TO CORRECT rpm. Replaced idle control valve. Had check engine light, code said oxgen sensor bad and idle control vale, replaced both. check engine light stayed off for about 200 miles, but idle still was high. If you have in park it takes about 45-60 seconds before idle will get right. If you plACE in drive idle increases to about 1500-1800, will run 45 mph with no accerator. and check engine light on again.
