Change the water pump gasket, also inspect teh pump for leaking or if the impellers on the pump is wearing out, if it shows any of the signs you should replace it. At 100,000 if it hasnt been replaced yet, or if you didnt do regular coolant flushes and refills expect that the pump is getting old and should require replacement since you are already that far.
