What is the EGR system and how much would it cost to fix? I need it fixed to pass emissions in Missouri along with a few brake hoses and a hole that needs to be patch up in the exhaust? How much would the average cost be to get these all fixed?

Few hundred dollars easy
Best to have it checked by local shop for a better estimate as they need to be checked visually
