Hi I own a 1997 ford escort and I have a problem with the window wipers. Once I turn on my car the wipers start moving and they are unresponsive when I switch the wiper switch to off. The only way I've been able to disable them is by removing the wiper fuse. I think it might be the wiper motor, but I'd like a second opinion on this matter.
