When the car comes down to an idle, it idles down to the point where the car almost dies, but then idles back to normal. It then does this back and forth. The idle goes down, up, down, up, down, up, over and over again. It idles down for one second, back up to normal for one second and keeps going. It has died a couple of times, but for the most part, it just cycles like that. It drives fine. I dont notice any problems when I am giving it gas. When I come up to a stop light and it does this, I give it a bit of continuous gas and it does fine. But as soon as I let off the gas, the idle problem returns.
What could it be?
